This policy explains how KO Advisors ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information you give us through this website, by phone, by email or by text message.

Information we collect

Your name, mobile phone number and any details you choose to share about the coverage you are looking for. If you become a client, we also receive the information needed to apply for and service your insurance policy.

How we use it

To answer your quote request and help you compare and apply for coverage. To service your policy: application updates, payment and renewal reminders, appointment reminders and answers to your questions. To meet our legal and licensing obligations.

Text messaging and your mobile number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to any third party. We use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to, as described in our Texting Terms. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages (for example our messaging platform), and only for that purpose.

Sharing

We share information with the insurance company you apply to, as needed to quote, apply for and service your policy, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

If you book a call through our website or a link we sent, your first name, mobile number, any note you wrote and who referred you are added to our calendar, which is hosted by Google, so we can call you at that time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information.
